so we set up a studio at a friend’s party and got some studio shots, instead of the “tilt the heads together and pretend like we’re having a really good time and want to bury these photos at the bottom of our old shoebox” I thought we’d try the ” look straight ahead, give me a serious/sexy/funny/crazy look, or just be who you are and don’t move while I focus, kind of photo you want to put as your facebook profile”

I recommend an oscar for each photo in the show and the titles are quaint and touching and funny and I loved every minute of sitting here with the flu and feeling pure tranquil joy looking at the pictures and proud that I have such a talented niece. (i had no part in that though, I admit)
