I was asked to photograph Ivana Chubbuck, for the newspaper I work for, and so I got to her studio in Hollywood and met with Ivana, who is sweet, funny and a totally willing participator in the photoshoot…Ivana was thanked by Halle Berry at the Oscars (at minute 4:11 but totally worth watching the full 5:38 for a good cry and some inspiration) and works with other top notch actors (Yes, they too need a little help from their friends).

I can’t believe they didn’t use one of the theatre pictures for the article.
Why on earth would they choose the more mundane images?
It seems that unless a picture is a complete
ripoffhomage to a well-known photographer or image, they tend to choose the less-engaging ones every time.It makes photographers look uninspired, and doesn’t do your portfolio any justice!
