Naomi
I love the name Naomi. That’s my grandmother’s name, though I alwasy think of her as Granny Naomi, and not just Naomi. She’s 90. This Naomi is 90 days old. and a bit. and as cute as a button. I spent the afternoon with her and her parents, and her moms’ sister and her sister’s husband, and child and their mom too. Full house. By the time I left I felt I knew the whole family, Naomi’s routine, her likes and dislikes. ( she does not like to be naked, and she definitely does not like boogers being pulled out of her nose).
But the most amazing part was her falling asleep. On cue, fast. and sleeping soundly. There were 5 people in the room talking, moving furniture, talkin gon the phone, taking pictures…and she slept. Like a baby.
Thanks you for letting me into your house, turning it upside down and leaving you to return all the furniture to it’s original places….Here are some moments of sweetness.
