I remember a time as a kid, when I wanted a retainer and glasses. Well, be careful what you wish for my mother always says…I got the braces, (that hurt and pinched and made it hard to eat – but not hard enough to NOT eat…) and when I was 18 I got glasses, and haven’t taken them off since. So if you don’t know me, and or haven’t seen my Zoe post, you might actually believe that it is me…it’s not, but it could have been…and I know Zoe loves looking like me now, but will she still love it when she’s 15? and realises I am not as perfect as she thought when she was 5?
and anyway…how do I tell her, that as my journey of conquering my fears and fulfilling me dreams, I am going to try contact lenses?

When I was a kid, I actually wanted freckles, braces, and glasses – lol! Shani, I’m going to make sure you get contacts – I just got them myself
