If you walk the streets of Paris, you can buy a baguette at the Boulangerie, cakes at the Patisserie, and crepe at the Creperie, but the isn’t a Wafflerie….in France, the best Belgian Waffles were to be had at the flea market, fresh off the griddle, topped with Creme Fraiche that melts into the waffle before you actually get to it, and ends up on your hands and makes everything stick to you for the rest of the day… Today I changed the recipe a little, and reduced the amount of besquick…yes, I use besquick (I’ve tried it from scratch- too much hassle and not enough benefits) they turned out much softer and yummier, but it still doesn’t taste like Paris; so if anyone has the BELGIAN WAFFLE that you eat in FRANCE recipe- comment! or email me directly..

one egg

2 cups of besquick

smokin'!

OJ

Have a great day!!!
Yum! Cant wait for Friday !!
