Jackie and Ricardo Part….

I looked up the time, and the KIss was on September 19th, 2009, at 6;54;26 PM, you can do the math how long they’ve been married…I can’t. Part of being a wedding photographer, and documenting every single moment of the day (or so it seems- I do not assumer I DI, no pun intended..) so part of my “job” is to narrow down the hundreds of photos to the few that tell the sory, convey the emotion, create a new memory for a memorable day. As much as I love, and I LOVE, digital photography, there was something to be said to the time lapse between the EVENT, and the PHOTOS; the in between time is an emotional experience that creats a different look at the photos, and even to me as a photographer- the longer I wait between photos, the bette I am able to edit them.

A week, 2 days, 3 hours and 17 minutes is not a long time (don’t bother with the math, I made the number up), but sometimes it’s enough. There is so much more to edit, and I find new photos to love every time I go through them-

Jackie ( Happy Bday!) and Ricardo – It was so much fun being at your wedding, meeting your families and friends and being a part of your day. All your photos are coming soon. Enjoy.
